Adamantia Mitropoulou

Adamantia Mitropoulou is a team-oriented leader with a proven record of success in the F&B Industry. She is a holder of a BSc in Business Administration and a MSc in Epistemology, Ethics & Mind. Her thorough grounding in contemporary philosophy, with a particular emphasis on the core areas of epistemology, ethics and philosophy, along with cognitive science has influenced her thinking both in her career but also in her personal life.

Through her career, she has undertaken multiple projects in the F&B industry in Greece, specializing in reorganizing operations and creating procedures that would enhance company growth and customer satisfaction. Her immense love for the F&B industry, paired with her knowledge from her business administration experience, have given her the ability to recognize issues and implement solutions. Applying business principles while incorporating creativity and problem solving has helped her grow her creativity. Adamantia believes that education is a never-ending process.

Adamantia also holds a Drama School Diploma for Central Stage which is a very well known drama school in Greece, owned and operated by famous Greek actress Mimi Denisi.

Adamantia has always been a wine lover, but she also loves good Irish whiskey. Her spark was ignited 10 years ago when she first paired a cigar with her favorite wine. She instantly fell in love with the blue smoke and has been developing her palate ever since.  She joined SOTL Greece since the beginning which she insists has been the best and most memorable personal journey.

In 2020, she became the Social Media Administrator for SOTL Greece and has been one of the key members for them.
