Melissa's story in the cigar world is not a glamours one. It started when she was just a kid and would listen to her grandfather, her father and later her brothers. They would never talk to her directly about tobacco and cigars but that made her all the more wanting to listen and know about what they couldn’t stop talking about. The smell of the smoke (hot or cold), the way her father used to chew on his cigars. Her story is a sensory one. One that stems from emotions long before the cigar is even lit. Her ambitions are very personal as she tries to recreate and reminisce those memories and bring them to life to share with whoever wants to listen.
